School Days ..... St. Paul's ki yaadein :-) :-)

St.Paul's Ki Yaadein ...........  :-) :-)

Aah !! What days were those !! Childhood days ..........  

 
It dates back to the day when I got admission in St.Paul’s High School, Buddha colony. Going to the school with colorful books, colorful Tiffin box with nice fragrances was the daily routine. Within few days I made many friends and the school days continued with lots of learning, lots of game and too many home works. Gradually I entered to std. 6 and all of us were asked to continue our schooling at Digha branch. 

 

Despite being a co-ed school, st.paul’s was not the one . All boys were divided in the sections A and B where as section C was reserved for the girls ( GIRLSS ROKZZZ ) . In the morning time before the assembly we used to come before time and walk with our friends in the assembly ground and used to wait for the Canter, P.M.C.H, Kankarbagh, Gardanibagh etc buses to come ............ waiting for other friends to come !!!!

 
Waking up early in the morning and thinking …………

“ki kab bade honge,school nahi jaana padega aur 

roz ek hi dress nahi pahanna hoga ”

………. was also in my daily routine. Getting ready for the school and reaching the bus stop on time was a big challenge,at least for me. Wo subah ki assembly aur kisi na kisi ka bolna..” Good morning friends, respected teachers and principal m’am, today we have got the Golden opportunity to conduct this morning assembly……blah..blah..blah”. 

 

I always wondered why it was a Golden opportunity?? It could have been a Silver, Platinum or even a Diamond opportunity…hahahaha. 

 

Well, jokes apart……..having fear of getting scolding from Kakan m’am and Vandana m’am always for not doing the home work or summer holiday home work or even not performing well in the lab was customary for me. Our respected principal m’am S.Banerjee ki har assembly ke baad ki speech aur awesome English,Wo Bedi sir ke class me full attentions se padhai karna aur bhugol ke maanchitron me kho jaana ,Wo Shiv sir ka class me time pass karke chale jaana, Shashi Bhushan sir ki mehnat, Suchismita m’am ka bade hi shant tarike se hame padhana, Ajay sir ki wo tooti futi Hindi , Ashima m’am ke non stop lectures aur St.Paul’s ke do stambh Mala aur Meera m’am ka puri lagan aur imaandaari se hame Hindi padhana bahut yaad aata hai …. Last but not the least ek character jiske bina to St. Paul’s ki yaad adhuri hai and he is my all time favorite and multi talented Bulbul sir, jinke haath me danda aur zabaan pe standard English atyant shobhaayemaan hua karti thi.

 

 Its not possible to write the names of all the teachers so I have only written about those who had a deep impact on me. 

 

Doing masti every time during the classes, chatting with friends and writing down those boring subjects . Maza to tab bahut jyada aata tha jab koi function ya celebration hota tha…………… Stage pe dance, gaana aur audience me baith kar ( dhoop me) halla karna . Diwali ke time school me “boom” ki aawaz aur turant Bulbul sir ka danda lekar idhar udhar daurna aur class me aakar sab ko chetaavni dena ………...


I have got many more things to write and share but sab kuch nahi likh sakti , koi essay nahi aur doosri baat ye ki agar likhne baithu to shayad shabd bhi kam pad jaayenge, so I want u all to write if u feel the things u feel to be shared with all of us…………….. lastly, I would like say that I am proud to be a part of St.Paul’s and love being referred as a Paulite .

 

 I was actually very shy then but it was a great experience @ St. Paul's High School Patna , 2k6 Batch ( Silver Jubilee Batch ) .I am privileged and thankful to the almighty who has given me life time friends from St.Paul’s .... my STAR grp ( Sweta , Sneha , Shubhangi , Tuhina , Anupma , Rashmi Rani  thats me  ;-) ) 

and others tooo .... 

Can't write all the names here but they are special tooooo   ....................... 

 

Long live the creation of Late R.Shah , St.Paul's High School.

Be Yourself ………. :) :)   Every once and again, the enormity of the realisation that amongst the billions of planets in this infinite universe, we are the only known planet to have life, and that too so many varieties simply boggles my mind.I cannot believe that we were put on this amazing planet to be ordinary.
